So i melted piston rings and piston in my outboard i think i have bad fuel pump can cause that? On low throttle it go good and then full throttle and i hear ticking noise and engine stoped fast 💀

Hey Mark I followed your video when case porting my 62t bottom end. Ready to reassemble it now. What do you typically find the engine needs for jetting as fully ported compared to just cylinder porting? My cylinders are ported and at 82.5mm, crankcase is now epoxy filled and ported, running 35cc domes, carbon reeds, b pipe, msd box on the way. If I remember correctly I was running 140 mains, 70 low speed, stock needles and I believe 80 gram pop off springs

Hey man im newer to the stand up skis. I just bought a ‘90 550sx with a 650 swap and makuni carb. Having some issues staying cool off the hose. I think a second cooling line will be what she needs. I believe its a stock pump and everything. Just had an auxiliary bung welded up to the side of the housing mirroring the stock cooling inlet. Im having some concerns of how go about hooking up my hose configuration for the exhaust and engine as well as if two separate pissers are needsd 8:44 . Could you shed some light on that for me. I can take pics to send to make it easier.

That‘s so cool ! We were searching for a PWC dyno and everybody said: nobody has one…. 👍 But if I understand it right: for every dyno test you have to get the engine out of your hull, right ?

Any tricks on cleaning the Ada racing head and domes without damaging them? Seems like the guy who installed it put some 1211 in the big o ring.
